  • Many users were confused by the store layout.


  • Heavy or bulk items were hard to carry due to poor packaging.


  • Some customers left after seeing long queues, even with few items.

🛒 Emotional Reactions:


  • Joy during discounts, well-lit aisles, or neat displays.


  • Frustration when items weren’t where expected.


  • Annoyance over stock unavailability or poorly marked shelves.

Key Insight

Queues, layout confusion, and lack of smart tools were recurring themes across all users.
